   Interesting color related tool. One tool lets you choose up to 5 colors, and the collage wall on the left will auto select photos from Flikr that fit your color theme. Another tool lets you upload an image and it will pick out a selective palette for you based on that image.

   Should still be free, albeit limited download size per 24 hr. Lots of clean and even pre-tiled textures.
